I am Paige Dee, a Licensed Professional Counselor offering telehealth-based mental health counseling services to clients across the state of Georgia. If you are struggling with finding meaning or facing one or more mental health concerns that complicate your life, I would be honored to support you through your challenges. I will gently assist you as you work to overcome the obstacles in your path while learning to implement beneficial changes, coping skills, and mindfulness practices in your life. I will also celebrate alongside you your successes, both big and small, as well as everything in between. Furthermore, I will always respect and nurture your individuality as you strive to create and live a life that is most meaningful to you. I am passionate about treating anxiety, phobias, OCD, and BFRB (hair-pulling, nail-biting, and skin-picking) disorders. I also love supporting birthing women, people, and their support systems through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the subsequent years of embracing parenthood. As an Army veteran and the spouse of a retired veteran, I hold a personal understand of and enjoy serving military personnel, veterans, and especially their dependents. Exploring personal values and eco-sustainability are also among my favorite focuses. I hold training certifications in many of these specially areas, and I continue to receive ongoing specialty training and consultation support in these areas, too. Alongside you, I will eclectically draw from therapeutic orientations such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Intersectional Feminism, and others to guide our work.
